Tariff

All prices are fully inclusive of linen and towels, electricity and oil central heating, and use of wireless broadband:

Booking Conditions:

Bookings are accepted following the completion of the Printable Booking Form along with a £100 deposit.

Letting

• Aird Cottage weekly letting commences from 4pm Saturday to 11am the following Saturday/the day of departure, as you can appreciate this is to allow us to prepare the cottage thoroughly for our next guests. The house is let for holiday purposes only and only to the persons named on the booking form.
• Please note that during the low season, short breaks for 3+ nights with negotiable arrival/departure days and weekly low season late deals are available.
• The number of persons occupying the cottage should not exceed the number of beds available and sub-letting is strictly prohibited.

Booking and Payment

• To secure a booking we will require a non-returnable deposit of £100 along with the full name, address and contact number for the guest paying the deposit. The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to your stay. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We will email confirmation of your booking after the initial deposit has been received.
• Please make cheques payable to Mr & Mrs G Wood and forward to 12 Disblair Road, Newmachar, Aberdeenshire, AB21 0PU.

Cancellations

• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the following:
  • Within 6 weeks of arrival date - 100% of booking value.
  • In the event that the cancellation period can be re-let, a refund will be paid to the value of the new booking less the £100 deposit.
  If for any unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel your reservation all monies will be refunded.

Services

• Please note that there are no additional charges with your booking for the following services:- Use of electricity, fuel oil and all towels & linen are included.

Care of Aird Cottage property

• We ask that all reasonable and practicable care be taken of Aird Cottage, furnishings, fixtures, fittings and effects both within or on the property grounds.
• Please advise us of any breakages or damage that should occur during your stay, for certain breakages or damage, we may ask that they should be replaced or remunerated.
• Aird Cottage is strictly No Smoking throughout.
• We do not accept Pets.

Should there be any complaints during or after the letting period, please contact us immediately. We aim to make your stay as welcoming as possible.

Liability

• The owner shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property, unless this results from the owners' negligence.
